Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to establish general guidelines for termination of student contract.
Definitions:
1.1 A student who gets terminated by OSAC International College ceases being our student. OSAC International College will arrange for the cancellation of the student’s pass within 3 working days. The Student shall deliver to OSAC International College, within 3 working days of ceasing to be a student of OSAC International College, the Passport, Student Pass (if applicable) of the student for cancellation of the Student’s Pass.
1.2 Students will be terminated if found under any one of the below scenario:

- Monthly attendance less than 90% (Upon receipt of third warning letter)
- Absent consecutively for 3 days (Upon receipt of third warning letter)
- Absent more than 7 days in a month
- Missing in Action
1.3 A student who goes missing and remains uncontactable for more than 3 days is deemed to have withdrawn from OSAC International College. OSAC International College will proceed with the cancellation of the Student’s Pass within 1 working day from the 3rd day that the student remains missing and uncontactable.
Review This policy shall be reviewed annually in compliance with education industry guidelines and standards including those set out by the Council for Private Education.
Procedure: Student Services Department is responsible for procedure development.
Responsibility: The responsibility for implementation and interpretation of the above listed policies rest with the Student Services Department.
Termination Procedures

* Record has to be kept for 5 years * Terminate student upon receipt of final warning letter
