La Cabra means the Greatest of All Time.

At La Cabra, we are passionate about food – the art of cooking, presenting and sharing what we have with those who love the idea of experimenting with the senses, mastering techniques, ‘messing’ around and changing the way we think and feel about food, one plate at a time. Our Chef Instructors bring you one day programmes or half day workshops that cater to the serious cook, the hobbyist, the critical food blogger or that epicurean soul that resides in you.

    Having worked for three fine dining establishments in the course of the last 7 years in leading roles in the kitchen and more recently as Sous Chef, Pidgin, Danial brings with him own extensive experience and distinctive cooking methods in Western Culinary.

    Chef Jonathan Wee (“the eccentric gastronome”). He has over 10 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry and specializes in mind teasing cuisine, but not neglecting classical French. Having worked for prestigious establishment such as Michelin starred restaurant WD-50 (New York) and professional cookbook editorial at the CIA (New York), prior to his homecoming. Most recently being the Head Chef at some of Singapore’s leading craft cocktail bistro.

    Chef Patrick Wong perfected his craft in fine cuisine at some of the World’s best restaurants such as The French Laundry and he is currently holding leading position in his culinary career. His passion in exploring unique flavor profiles has lead him to explore the use of local produce to create new and interesting dishes that reflect the flavors of our region. Patrick has a firm belief that local/regional flavors can be elevated to the world stage.
