Survey population: ‘O’ Level and Diploma students (Voluntary, anonymous)

Aim: The results of this survey will be used to assist in improving services rendered by student service department.

Type of survey: Group administered survey questionnaires

Method: Convenience sampling (Non-probability sampling)
